Pediatric Dentistry
Healthy habits start early. We offer examinations, routine cleanings, lower-radiation digital X-rays and diagnostics for children ages two and up. Our children’s dentistry services also include dental sealants, fluoride treatments, and cavity fillings.
Preventative Dentistry
Even if you’re conscientious about brushing and flossing, you still need professional preventative dental care. Routine examinations, lower-radiation digital X-rays and diagnostics, and regular professional cleanings are highly effective in preventing preventing gum disease and tooth decay, keeping your mouth healthy and your smile bright.
Restorative Dentistry
From time to time, specialty procedures are needed, and that’s why we offer a wide range of services. Our restorative treatments include bondings to repair cracked or chipped teeth, bridges, same-day crowns, veneers and whitening to brighten your faded or discolored smile. We also place implants and perform implant restorations—helping to provide you with the long term oral health you deserve.
Periodontal Care
Healthy teeth and healthy gums go hand-in-hand. To protect your oral health, we offer periodontal care to reduce the risk of gum disease spreading from your gums to the bone that supports your teeth. For periodontal care and maintenance, We offer deep cleanings also known as scaling and root planing. This procedure removes plaque and bacteria from below the gum line, helping to prevent bone loss.
Oral Cancer Screening with VELscope®
The numbers are stark: oral cancer kills one person every hour, every day in the US. And, though early detection is key, oral cancer is often not detected until it has progressed into an advanced stage. Part of our routine dental care is an oral cancer screening, primarily visual and tactile (through touch). We enhance our screening with the VELscope, a wireless handheld device that lets us see tissue abnormalities before they are visible to the naked eye. Oral cancer screenings are one of the most important reasons to see your dentist regularly.
Dentures
If you’ve experienced full or partial tooth loss, you know how it can affect your confidence as well as your ability to speak and chew. To replace missing teeth, we offer removable dentures, partial dentures, and implant-supported overdentures, as well as fixed bridgework and dental implants. All denture care is highly individual and takes into account your needs, health, and lifestyle.
Endodontic Therapy
When infection or inflammation develops in the soft pulp tissue of a tooth, intense pain results. Without endodontic treatment, the infection can spread, and the risk of tooth loss and systemic problems increases. Known as a root canal, the endodontic (“inside tooth”) procedure addresses the underlying pulp infection. Removal of the pulp inside the tooth can provide you with relief and also extend the life of your tooth for years.
Oral Surgery
Sometimes a tooth is damaged, diseased, or impacted and needs to be removed. We perform routine extractions, always with a focus on ensuring your experience is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We also offer removal procedures for children with stubborn baby teeth or crowding.
Sleep Apnea Treatment
Sleep apnea sufferers snore excessively, struggle to get restful sleep, and may feel they can’t breathe well when lying down. Sleep apnea can also contribute to larger health problems, including heart problems, so it should be treated. We offer solutions, including a comfortable, custom oral appliance to address sleep apnea and its effects.
Same Day Crowns
A tooth that has been structurally damaged by decay or trauma sometimes needs to be crowned or “capped” so that it can look good and function properly again. A crown is a durable covering that is custom-made to fit over the entire tooth from the gum line up.'
Whitening Services
Teeth whitening done in a professional dental setting is a safe, effective way to brighten your smile. It's also perhaps the most economical cosmetic dental procedure.
Cosmetic Dentistry
The first step in any smile makeover is a thorough dental examination to make sure that your cosmetic problems really are just that, and not a sign of underlying dental disease. Once your health has been established, your smile can be cosmetically enhanced in a variety of ways. These procedures include: Cleanings & Oral Exams, Cosmetic Bonding, Crowns & Bridgework, Dental Implants, Porcelain Veneers, and Teeth Whitening, using White Dental Beauty.
Implants
Dental implants are the closest you can get to healthy, natural teeth. Choosing an implant over other dental procedures has many benefits such as, improved appearance, improved speech, easier to eat, comfortable and durable. Did you know? Dental implants can last for years.
